The Wallop Civic Engagement Program is pleased to host a summer professional development workshop June 13 for Wyoming English language arts and social studies teachers.
The workshop will include some independent work as participants develop lesson plans, utilizing Wallop K-12 Curriculum Project content. Our purpose is to:
- To build a professional community among Wyoming K12 educators and UW faculty/community college/content experts
- Expand content knowledge of participants
- Create new content K-12 educators and UW faculty can use in their classrooms to engage students 6-16 in social studies content!
We also will have options for teachers to earn PTSB credit.
